Intro of the roadtrippers

 Hi! So glad you ventured over…Let me introduce you to the scrapbook of our travels…

We are a family of 4 from Sweet Home Alabama. We pride ourselves in hard work, sweet country charm, and a big ole dose of southern hospitality. 




We started this journey with our two adorable kiddos with small trips “to the beach” or “to the mountains”, but have recently decided we love a good trip to a place we’ve never been. Eating nowhere we do “back home”, doing all the musts, and soaking up all the excitement we can along the way. The kids have decided it would be super cool to be able to visit every state of the good ole USA, and we’ve set out to do just that. What better way to scrapbook our journeys than here on the interweb, right?


So here we go. Come along and join us if you wish … give suggestions, experience new places, take our recommendations.. or don’t, whichever. But here we go on a tale of the roadtrippers four… this could be an adventure.

 (August 2021)… Sullivan’s Island, SC First and foremost…If you are ever in the area, do not turn down an opportunity to grab a bite at Home Team BBQ. You won’t be disappointed.   (Not my photos, just snagged them from Google to help you locate the establishment). We spent the remainder of our evening soaking up the sun… and the “different” sand and water of the Atlantic. We are definitely big fans of our white, soft sand, but if you can’t tell, we still enjoyed our carefree day. Another day, another beach… Folly Beach didn’t disappoint. We found the cutest little sidewalk path that the kids loved reading all the names and trying to find ones of people they know.       We continued on to walk the trail out to see Morris Lighthouse.  It was a bit of walking but the kids loved every bit of it, especially since there were huge rocks to climb in when we got there.
